Guests can enjoy private fishing on Clondanagh Lake and free use of rowing boat and fish-finder (on Clondanagh). Expert advice and pre-baiting is available by prior arrangement. The cottage has three bedrooms – 1 double, 1 twin, and 1 single; there is a fully fitted kitchen and living area. Oil central heating, open fires (free turf supply) and hospitality pack. Tackle shed and bait fridges. Bait ordered in advance. Pubs with bar food and traditional music close by.

Clondanagh Lake has a good head of bream, hybrids, roach, rudd, tench and perch from the bank and fishing stands. There is a rowing boat freely available for pre-baiting. Among the better know local lakes are Silvergrove, the Cullaun Chain. Anglers staying at Clondanagh will also have access to more private fishing. The Tulla area is well known for quality bream and tench fishing.
