Town Lake, Carrigallen, County Leitrim

A beautiful lake that is easily accessible with comfortable angling platforms and a lakeside car park – and the fishing can be good too! Town Lake has a very good head of bream to 11lb, quality tench, plus the usual spread of species. There is a good depth of water close in, so anglers who enjoy float or pole fishing will be in their element, though feeder fishing gets a good share of the fish.
