Rockfield Lake, Carrigallen

Easy access and plenty of fish has turned Rockfield into a very popular venue. A surfaced track runs along the lake edge with access to 20 comfortable swims. All the usual array of methods will catch fish, but once again it is back to an open-ended feeder to get the bream. In recent seasons there have been several mixed nets of bream and roach topping 100lb. It is a pleasant lake often used during September for the various midweek angling festivals.
