Alice’s Loft and Cottages, Doohamlet, Monaghan

Alice’s Loft and Cottages is 2.5 miles from Castelblayney off the Ballybay road, in a great location for exploring the fine angling that abounds in this area. There are three self-catering cottages built on a gravelled courtyard giving guests a quiet, safe environment in which to enjoy their holiday and there is secure off-road parking beside each accommodation. While the cottages have oil-fired central heating, there is also a traditional wood-burning stove (fuel provided).

There are three bedrooms – one ensuite – each with a double and a single bed plus a large bathroom. The kitchen has all the necessary modern facilities including dishwasher, microwave, coffee percolator, sandwich toaster, and tumble dyer. The sitting room includes TV, DVD player and Playstation. If you wish to order groceries in advance log onto www.tesco.ie and have their service deliver to your door. We also provide a courtesy car from our local pub (two miles away) for your piece of mind.
