Glebe House, Mohill, Leitrim

A welcoming country house in extensive grounds is among the very best in Ireland where Marion Maloney provides a warm welcome. It is fully licenced for guests. There are ten ensuite bedrooms furnished to the highest standards and with TV. Glebe House has a reputation for good food with a choice of BB or evening meal, BB. There is a walk-in bait fridge and spacious tackle storage.

The Fishing – Lough Rynn, McHugh, River Shannon and River Rynn
Strike off in any direction from Mohill and there is water! Most popular are Lough McHugh, Erril, Rynn and Cloonfinnan, where a mix of quality rudd, tench, bream, roach, hybrids, pike and perch will keep you busy – whatever style of tackle is brought into play. Big bream and large roach are a feature of the River Shannon at Dromod and Roosky, while the shores of Boderg are famously productive.  And if you need a bolt-hole with guaranteed quality sport do try Lakeland Fisheries in Roosky or Tooman Fishery near to Mohill.
