This welcoming guesthouse has a reputation for its fine tradition of caring for anglers and a family friendly environment. Located in the village and just a minutes walk from the local pubs, this is the ideal spot for a relaxing angling break. The Fishing – Town Lake, Gulladoo, Rockfield and Cullies Lake
These waters have some of the best access in Ireland and Town Lake – known to have bream to 11lb and big tench – has become increasingly popular and the fishing stands are very handy, though some of the better bream catches have come from the main grass bank to the right of the car park. Gulladoo Upper has excellent access with road and bankside car park and “Lower” lake has been producing been plenty of bream. Rockfield is another easy access lake with lots of fish and Cullies has been one of the best bream waters around.

The House Special
Greenville House has also boats a well stocked fishing tackle shop it is a bait stockist Irish Bait & Tackle. Frank knows the local fisheries inside out and willingly helps guests to get the most from their holiday. Boats are available for hire.
