Well known match angler Trevor Platt and his wife Debi, have come up with a terrific idea to provide bed and breakfast in area short of places to stay and play.
Each unit has a king size double bed, TV, free wifi, clock, solar powered shower, wash basin, mini-fridge, kettle, toaster, tea, coffee and milk. For clients preferring self-catering are provided with a cereals, bread, butter, jam, cutlery and crockery.
Living in an area short of accommodation – especially during the various events during the season – they chose a clever, simple approach to provide four chalets, keeping busy year round and especially in the summer break.
Two chalets have a king sized bed. The other two have 2 bedrooms; the first bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom can have a double or 2 single beds.
The standard rate is €30 per person per night, with a minimum 2 night stay. Discounts are available for longer stays. Cooked breakfast is available on-site, except on match angling days, when breakfast is available at the draw for €10.
