There are four ensuite bedrooms and a standard room with a separate bathroom. Eileen Smith is your host and proud of her home grown and home cooked food with a choice of bed BB or evening meal, bed and breakfast. There is a guest lounge with TV, while outside there is a tackle room and bait shed. The nearest pub is 2km.

Whatever fishing you have in mind, it will certainly be found in the many fishable lakes around Cootehill plus the quiet running waters of the Dromore and Annalee rivers. There has been something of a tench boom in recent years and they provide something of a surprise for anglers who are expecting bream, hybrids and roach. Top lakes include Drumlona, Killyvaghan, Barnagrow, Tacker, Annamakerrig, Lisnalong and White Lake.
