The local fishing tackle dealer is TJ O’Brien who provides a unique guiding and pre-baiting service fishing on the fabulous Lough Derg. There are lots of quiet lakes brimming with bream, tench, roach, hybrids, pike and perch, including the Lower Shannon, Doon Lake, O’Hara’s and many, many more.
