The Fishing
Town Lake, Gulladoo, Rockfield and Glasshouse
There is certainly no need to drive more than ten miles in any direction to find first class fishing for a whole range of species. Early morning or evening sessions on Town Lake could result in a few hard fighting tench, while those who prefer plenty of bites will prefer Glasshouse and Rockfield lakes. Gulladoo has been a favourite for many years and if you want to go a little further afield the Gowna complex is thirty minutes drive.
