Early morning bream in Longford

Fishing pals Ian and Ralph from Liverpool rounded off their annual angling holiday to Melview Lodge B&B in Longford with some great catches of bream and hybrids.

Concentrating on an undisclosed lake over the last two day’s produced over 300lb of mainly Bream. The lads were up and out the door by 03:45 and fishing by 04:30 to beat the bright and hot weather conditions. After pre-baiting a swim for two consecutive nights they began catch bream to 6lb. Groundbait feeder tactics accounted for most of the fish along with roach to 1lb.
